Q: I bought a sock loom, what else can I make on it besides socks?
A: The loom is round and the tube size that the loom makes is small in circumference to fit on a foot, however, the loom itself can be used to make flat panels and other tubes such as baby hats.

Q: Will I receive a knitting tool with my order?
A:  Each order that contains a knitting loom will receive one free knitting tool.  This is one tool per order NOT one tool per loom.

Q: Why do orders take 2-6 weeks to ship?
A: We manufacture all our orders as they come in, each order is in a sense custom made.

Q: What are the materials used in your looms?
A: All our pegs are made out of nylon. The bases of the looms are made out of Baltic Birch Plywood with the exception of the AJAL looms which are made out of Maple Hardwood.

Q: Do you sell your pegs?
A: No. Our pegs are used exclusively on our looms and we do not sell them.

Q: My Knifty Knitter peg broke, can you send me a replacement?
A: We are not the manufacturers of the Knifty Knitter Products. Please contact ProvoCraft and they will be able to help you.
